PSLE Oral Practice

Credits and top-up

Credit is used to access practice modes in the PSLE Oral Practice system. Please top up carefully and only in amounts you are comfortable using.

• Topped-up credit is non-refundable once it has been added to the account.
• We recommend topping up a small amount each time instead of keeping a large balance.
• Each $1 top-up adds 1000 credits to the user's account.
• Each top-up includes a fixed $0.50 payment-gateway fee.
• Practice charges may differ by mode and will be deducted from the user's available credit balance.
• Reading Aloud credit is deducted when the student clicks `Start speaking`.
• SBC credit is deducted when the student clicks `Start answer` for Question 1.
• After a paid start button is clicked, parents and students should try their best to complete that practice section.

Learning-only material

All passages, pictures, prompts, and reports in this system are provided for learning and practice only.

• This system does not provide actual examination content.
• We try our best to keep the material suitable for primary-school students and relevant to MOE and SEAB-style oral format.
• Scores, model answers, and feedback are indicative practice guidance only.

Parent or guardian guidance

A parent or guardian should monitor the child's use of the practice system and review the content from time to time.

• If a parent or guardian feels that any content is not appropriate for the child, the practice should be stopped immediately.
• The practice system is intended as a learning support tool and not as a substitute for adult supervision.

We try our best to keep the material age-appropriate and useful for English oral practice, but it is not official MOE or SEAB material.

Reading Aloud passages, Stimulus-based Conversation pictures, and corresponding questions are prepared with reference to internet available material and GenAI-assisted contents.
