Help, privacy, and practice information

This page explains how to use the practice system, what information is kept for review, and what to do if you need help during a session.

Using the practice system

  • Use a quiet room and keep the microphone close to you before you begin.
  • The microphone check on the setup page is optional. The browser will ask for microphone access again when you start speaking.
  • If the browser permission pop-up is hidden or blocked, refresh the page and try again.
  • If you are unsure what to do, ask a nearby adult to help you before continuing.

Parent or guardian guidance

A parent or guardian should monitor the child's use of the system and review the practice content from time to time.

  • If the content appears unsuitable for the child, please stop the practice immediately.
  • This practice system is designed for learning support and not as a substitute for adult supervision.

What we keep for your review

The practice system keeps records under your signed-in account so you can review reports, progress, and repeated weak areas later.

  • Your practice history and reports are linked to your own account.
  • Transcript evidence and scoring details may be kept so that session feedback and reports can be reviewed later.
  • The practice system aims to keep only the information needed for practice review and improvement.

Scores and feedback

This practice system is a learning tool. Its scores and comments are meant to guide the student's next practice step and should not be treated as official exam marks.

  • Scores are indicative practice estimates only.
  • Speech recognition and AI analysis may make mistakes, especially when audio is unclear.
  • The best way to use the report is to identify one strength and one next improvement point each time.
